- 新增 packages/opencode/script/prefetch-ripgrep.ts：扫描 dist/opencode-*/，
按目录名派生 ripgrep PLATFORM key，下载并解压 rg/rg.exe 到各自 bin/。
同 rg-key 跨 baseline/musl 变体复用一次下载（dist/.rg-cache/）。
- fork-release.yml 在 Build 之后 / Package 之前插入 "Prefetch ripgrep" 步骤，
让发布产物开箱即可用，运行时 which("rg") 第一步命中、不会触发 GitHub 下载。
- docs/air-gapped.md：说明 models.dev snapshot 已在 build 时烘焙，
并列出运行时需要的 opencode.json (autoupdate/share) 与 OPENCODE_* 环境变量，
以及 provider baseURL 走内网网关的指引。
按用户范围：不动 provider 网络访问（由 opencode.json 处理）、
不动 LSP server 下载（用户机器已装好）、不动 autoupdate 代码（schema 已有）。
